Here we describe how we use and protect your personal information. We are committed to ensure that your personal details are protected. We will never pass your personal information to anyone else unless it is to the bank when taking payments, if we are asked to by law or when protecting our own legal rights.

The information we collect about you:

We record your name, postal address, phone number(s) and email address when you contact us using our online booking enquiry form, on-line booking button or when telephoning to make a booking. Your information is stored on an electronic on-line booking diary which is hosted by Queensborough Group. Click here to view their privacy Policy.
When making a booking we also take your credit or debit card details e.g. long card number, expiry date and CCV. If you supply this when making an on-line booking, the details are held securely within the password protected systems. The CCV is automatically deleted once you check out. Our website does not collect or store any of your private data.

It is for the sole purpose to help us communicate with you and taking pre-payments/deposits.

Controlling your personal information:

Please note that if you book a room with us via an online travel agent they have their own privacy policies and marketing procedures and they may contact you separately. We have no control over their procedures so you will need to contact them directly if you want any marketing they send directly to you to stop. Your information will remain available to us as long as we are trading as a guest house but can be deleted at any time upon your request.

Our website may contain links to other websites for the sole purpose to help you plan your holiday. If you select a link you will leave our site and we have no control over that other website. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to other websites. Therefore, you should view the privacy statement for a website you have linked to.

We have described what information we keep about you and if you want us to send you a copy of that information please request this by emailing us. If you believe any of this information is incorrect then email us the correction and we will update this immediately. Alternatively, if you want your details removed from our records then please email us and this will be done upon receipt of your request.
